Questions people ask before paying

When am I charged?

Today, when you finish the builder and pay the first month (or year). Then on the same date each month or year until you cancel. Your card is entered on Stripe's secure page; we never see it. Your statement says ROARING RIPPLE.

When is my site live?

The minute the first payment succeeds. Your account shows the link.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account, in two clicks. Cancelling stops future charges. The month or year you've paid for stays live to its end.

Are there refunds?

No. Your site is delivered and hosted the moment you pay, so the period's work is done. If something is wrong, email us first — we fix things.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No and no.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Nothing but the price: $750 for twelve months is seven and a half months at the monthly rate.

What isn't included?

Paid advertising; running an online shop or ordering system (we set one up on the right platform in your name); writing reviews (nobody should); photography.

What do you keep about me?

Your email, what you enter for your business, your pictures, your published site and a record of your agreement to the terms. Nothing is sold or shared; delete it all with one button. The full terms are on the privacy page.
